About

The Baardskeerdersbos Home Owners Association (BBHOA) is the representative body for Baardskeerdersbos residents within the Overstand Municipality. We engage with local government to address concerns regarding service delivery, property values, and local issues, essentially giving residents a collective voice to influence decisions that impact their community.

As representatives at local ward committee meetings, the BBHOA raises important issues on behalf of all residents, including challenges related to infrastructure, water supply, waste management, and proposed developments. We strive to ensure that the unique needs of Baardskeerdersbos are heard and addressed.

Vision

The BBHOA envisage our community as a desirable place that we are all proud to call home. A community of friendly, caring, and respectful neighbours, who cooperate with each other to achieve a higher quality of life in a well-maintained and safe environment, uphold and grow the value of our properties, and nurturing family, friends, and community relationships.

Our goal is to protect Baardskeerdersbos and look after the interests of those fortunate enough to live, work or visit here. We believe in fostering an involved and connected community, encouraging interaction and collaboration amongst residents. Together, we aim to create a vibrant and cohesive environment that enhances the quality of life in our beloved hamlet.
