Since June 2023, it has been easy to contact the Overstrand Municipality through the Collab Citizen App. The App can assist with resolving issues raised by homeowners in a timely and cost-effective way and provides information that can lead to improvements in service delivery.
The Overstrand Collab Citizen App gives users access to:
- Log service requests
- Log and track service requests
- Read all the latest news in the area
- Read service disruption notifications
- Find emergency contact numbers
- Choose which channels to subscribe to depending on interests and location
BBHOA encourages all homeowners with issues relating to service delivery (e.g., water, waste, vacant plots, noise, traffic) to first use the App to liaise with the Municipality. We welcome your feedback on your experiences using the App to solve your problems and would be pleased to assist in cases where you feel the issue has not been resolved.
How to download the App
To download the Collab Citizen App, go to your phone’s app store (Google Play Store, iOs Ap Store or Huawei App Gallery) and search for Collab Citizen App. The mobile application is fully functional for Android and iOs devices.
